It is an ancient temple and a must-visit in Karaikkudi. The glittering idol of the "Koppudai Nayaki" is flamboyantly decorated with sparkling Jewells. The sculpture is made out of the alloy of five metals. Nannari Sharbhath is a popular drink found just opposite this temple.
