"A Hike Worth the View"
0

What starts off with a slightly long drive from Chile Chico, quickly turns pleasant as you get to enjoy the beautiful views till you come upon the Jeinimeni National Reserve. It's got a mesmerizing turquoise lake and got a spectacular hiking trail which allows you witness some of the most amazing views. The ancient-looking rock formations are fascinating to observe and the atmosphere is so pristine and pure that you just never want to leave.

Lago Jeinimeni National Reserve

Lago Jeinimeni National Reserve is a nature reserve of Chile located in the Aysén del General Carlos Ibáñez del Campo Region, south of Chile Chico. The reserve is named after Jeinimeni Lake, a milky turquoise lake. A highlight of the reserve is the Cueva de las Manos , an archaeological site of a similar nature than those of its more famous counterpart, Cueva de las Manos.

A new, 25,000 km² national park is to combine Lago Cochrane National Reserve, Lago Jeinimeni National Reserve and the privately owned Conservacion Patagonica which encompasses Chacabuco Valley.
