The garden and wine tour starts promptly. Informative tour around the 1000 year old Monastery, now privately owned. The underground cellars house the barrels for maturing. The restaurant is a pleasant Indoor/outdoor setup. Complimentary bubbles on arrival. Can't-miss this place.
