A hidden gem in the city: This historic fort in San Diego surrounded by nature and equipped with the museum was one of our favorite hidden spot in California. Learn everything you need to know about the military interventions and battles from history. It was a beautiful setting on along the hillside. Definitely, recommend a visit.

Pricey for a small aquarium, but was fun experience for kids: Our little ones enjoyed the aquarium. There were excellent exhibits of marine species. It would only take about 30 minutes to see the whole place. We were lucky to be there during feeding time. The only con was that the tickets were too pricey.

Amazing display of modern and contemporary art: It is a modern art museum with a great curation of international art exhibits. There were plenty of contemporary and modern paintings installed here. The museum is well maintained and a must visit for all art lovers. The staff was friendly and entry was about 25$ per person. Great ambiance, we spent an hour admiring some of the amazing work of art here on display.

Definitely worth a visit.: This museum of fine arts located in San Francisco is an epitome of beautiful architecture with an interesting display of art collection. The guide was extremely knowledgable and patient, she was willing to take us through the art museum and explain every bit of it. An amazing museum surrounded by lush scenery.

Our favorite museum in San Francisco: Beautiful museum! Probably our favorite one in San Francisco. Best departments are dedicated to India, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Laos, and Vietnam artifacts. We enjoyed a lot our time there. Divine Bodies special exhibition is also very interesting. Don’t forget to download the free app and to have informative guided tours.

In the centre of San Francisco, closer to nature: One of the best places to see in San Francisco. We strongly suggest you take time out and explore the Golden Gate Park. If you love nature then this is the place to be especially the Japanese Tea Garden. There are things to do at the Golden gate park too, like the Palace of Fine Arts, the art museum, the science museum.

Calling all art lovers!: This was another great gallery that had an interesting curation of art exhibits from up-and-coming artists. It was indeed a nice gallery. We enjoyed our cup of coffee and walked around the gallery admiring the exhibits here. The ambiance was pretty peaceful and a great establishment in the art community.

A great idea for fun family day out! : A family fun day out at the Steinhart Aquarium at The CA Academy of Sciences. They have an amazing exhibit of marine species and informative displays that is educative too. The aquarium is well maintained and has plenty of unique species. It was a learning experience for the little ones.

A perfect sunset and delicious food: A beautiful restaurant with a gorgeous view which was highly recommended by our guide. Overlooking seal rocks and the Pacific Ocean, the restaurant has a delicious menu too. The ambiance and the atmosphere was amazing with great customer service. The food was great too. An impressive trek up with the finest city views: This is one of the most upscale areas of San Francisco. There are two major landmarks here - The Fairmont Hotel and The Mark Hopkins. There are other lovely buildings and steep hills. We loved our stroll in and around Nob Hill. It was a great neighborhood. The climbs can be tiring, but a great locale.

Learn everything about maritime history and models: We took our kids to the Maritime Museum and they loved it! There are some educational exhibits that take you back into the history of the Los Angeles Harbor. It's just $5 for entry. There are lots of ship models and gave us an insight into the fishing industry.

Enjoy a panoramic view of the city: It is a 210-foot tall tower located in the Telegraph Hill neighborhood of San Francisco. A visit to the top of this tower gave us a panoramic view of the city as well as the bay. It was about $7 for entry but was well worth all the photographs and the views we enjoyed.

A prominent landmark in California: Tour of Berkeley started with the University of California campus. In the University Avenue itself, there were many things to see and do. This 178-acre of University has a massive campus and is about 150 years old. We enjoyed our stroll through wonderful walking paths to Downtown Berkeley.

A nature lovers paradise! : Set in a lovely terraced amphitheater, this gorgeous rose garden displays over 250 varieties of rose bushes. This was indeed a huge garden and wonderful location amongst the fully bloomed colorful roses. A perfect place for nature lovers! A place everyone in our tour enjoyed. We clicked tons of pictures too, everything insta-worthy!
