Perfect for vibrant nightlife! : Located in the historic heart of the city is known for its vibrant nightlife. This is the oldest area in the city and is a beautiful spot for an evening stroll. We loved our walk, we admired the old architecture from the Spanish era, captured some good pictures and had delicious local food at the restaurants on the roadside.

A unique detailed walking tour.: A unique walking tour of French Quarter courtyards that we all loved! We explored the museum, the city's oldest cemetery, tropical gardens and everything else. Get your walking shoes on, because it took us about 2 hours plus to explore the French Quarter. The tour guide was willing to explain every detail about the places we were taken to.

Learn everything about World War II: This historic military museum in New Orleans narrates the story of the unforgettable and remarkable World War II. Among all the exhibits they had, our favorite was the interactive submarine exhibit. We spent about three hours in the museum and our kids loved it. There were planes, submarines, weapons and so much more on display.

We loved the tour and learning about some of the city's traditions: This is the most oldest and historic Cemetery in New Orleans which is the burial site of voodoo queen Marie Laveau. Take a walking tour with a guide and you'll learn about the city's old traditions and stories like we did. The tour was about $20 per person and took us about 1 hour to see the whole place.

A beautiful museum with interesting exhibits.: A New Orleans history museum which is worth visiting with some interesting artifacts on display. This was a bunch of elegant Spanish colonial building in the 1700s which was later changed to the museum. The museum is filled with historical information and was an extremely educative experience about the NOLA history, the War of 1812, and the history of the Jackson Square buildings

An opportunity to learn! : This state museum has an amazing display of Hurricane Katrina and Mardi Gras. The staff at the museum was really friendly and helpful. When you see the display, you'll find the amount of research that's gone into the pictures and video footage. A visit to the museum is also a great way to understand and learn about the history and culture of New Orleans.
