The trip was outstanding: The trip was outstanding in every respect! So many "special events," with all details managed to perfection. The pace was brisk, but paid dividends. It was amazing that we were able to see so much of Spain during the week. as well as the local guides, were excellent!..justt loved it ..

Nice Experience : This immense square in front of the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela is an obligatory stop for all pilgrims or visitors. Very large, it gives the size of the number of people that goes to this city. Great place indeed.

PEACEFUL AND BEAUTIFUL GARDEN: Its a best visiting place for everyone because its absolutely beautiful. Forget the whole versailles comparison. It's not that, but in its own right it is lovely and WAY less people then Versailles. The four of us were the only people there wandering around the gardens and grottos and ponds and pergolas. Take a picnic.

Museum of Pilgrimage and Santiago Full review
avatarpicture aidenbearman THE BEST REVIEW
One of the best museums in town! : From interactive displays to historical artefacts, this small museum narrates the story of Santiago. Every little thing on display here have a pilgrimage story to tell, which was truly fascinating. We spent a couple of hours here exploring the books and manuscripts from the 14th century, the sculptures and decorative art pieces too.

Excellent Museum but didn't have English guides: The Museum of Galician People is a well-maintained museum that gives you a glimpse of the Galician culture and history. The exhibits here are quite impressive. Once you are done exploring the museum, you could visit the church next door with free entry. The only disadvantage is that there were no English speaking guides during our visit.

Wonderful Experience : I thought it was fantastic. And very very interesting. Your Foundation I recommend it . The environment is wonderful. With the Church of Iria Flavia Opposite is a Jewel inside and out. The cemetery is worth visiting. Camilo José Cela is buried there under a beautiful olive tree. Parking behind the Church.
