Grandiose and Captivating: The church is a Norman building built in the Roman style of architecture. With river sweeping around and the medieval city nestled below, the church has a magical vibe. It is considered to be the oldest surviving building with a stone-vaulted ceiling.

Exploring the old city and taking a relaxing stroll by the river: We enjoyed the evening stroll by the banks of the River Tyne. From window shopping at the boutique stores to grab a cup of coffee at the old cafe while enjoying the scenic view of the location, we loved every bit of it.
