Very Interesting : It’s great to experience another wonderful active volcano. The options to get to the top is great to have however we decided to use the lifts and 4x4 due to the group of people we were with. Oh did I mention the views from the top was amazing !? Bring your selfie sticks.

trip Randazzo - Roccella valdemonte Full review
avatarpicture andrewlincoln THE BEST REVIEW
Nice Visit : Church dedicated to San Nicola di Bari, is located in Piazza Duomo in Roccella Valdemone (ME). The interior is divided into three naves divided, in turn, by two rows of sandstone columns. Looking up towards the altar you can see signs of some collapse, perhaps caused by one of the many earthquakes that, in past centuries, have devastated our wonderful island.

A climb all the way up to enjoy the scenic views of the town : There are over 142 steps to the top and so be prepared with walking shoes. Take your time to walk all the way up. Located in the small town of Sicily, a great stop if you are passing by. There are plenty of pottery shops and handpainted ceramic on either side of the staircase. The views from above are scenic and gorgeous.

Truly Amazing : It's truly a beautiful and impressive old Aristocratic building with beautifully decorated rooms and old pictures portraying members of the Biscari family who were powerful Princeton the past. Very different palace. At first quite dark, not glamorous at all until one enters the dance hall. Beautiful, unusual staircase on one side.

Gem Of A Place : A fundamental museum to start discovering the Calatino territory. We have visited rooms rich in vases, majolica, ceramic floors and handicrafts of considerable artistic value and of historical importance. Some wings were not accessible but it was still a very interesting visit for my little girl who judged it "superbello".
