Very Informative : Extremely interesting learning about Rudyard Kipling and his family. The staff on site were very knowledgeable. The house was decorated beautifully for the festive period by volunteers. Delicious cakes in the cafe which we ate outside in the peaceful garden setting. Well worth a visit and nice for a stroll too.

Hastings Old Town Full review
avatarpicture bulagr THE BEST REVIEW
Memorable Place : Old Hastings is very pleasant, with some lovely small roads and beautiful buildings to admire. As with a lot of Hastings though, it has a slightly run down feeling to it and could bear some renovation. Worth an amble around though.

A walk into the history: A great spot for an insightful day out. The visitor centre and the exhibitions recount the interesting accounts of the Battle of Hastings in 1066. An audio tour of the battlefield gives life to the terrors of the battle. The staff is really helpful.A must-visit for history buffs.

The Mint Full review
avatarpicture sandrotrip THE BEST REVIEW
Not So Bad : Nice atmosphere. Reasonable service considering it was so busy. But, not unusually for Xmas menus, the portion sizes were ridiculous. Three tiny roast potatoes and two slices of turkey carefully layered over a small ball of stuffing to make look like it was laden with hand-carved slices of turkey.
