A Walk From Plaza Maria to Plaza Alameda Full review
avatarpicture coltmertz THE BEST REVIEW
Great Experience : Church dedicated to Mª Auxiliadora and that is part of the Los Salesianos School of Alcoy. The anachronistic frescoes of David Pastor and Ramón Castañer are impressive, true works of art that reflect the history and the Moors and Christians Festivities of the city.

Great Place : We just drove there this winter with the car packed full of 5 of us taking the route that winds up from San Pedro de Alcantara. The road is wonderfully kept up and in great shape. It is high in spots, but it is wooded, so it doesn't feel so "straight down".

FAcinating days in spain.: This was a fascinating trip for us. Destinations were perfect and the monuments with their long history were very interesting. We had a tour director who as a Spaniard was able to educate us about their culture and history. It was like hearing from the horse's mouth. It is very thoughtful tour to have a local tour director.

Amazing Place : A stunning example of architecture, standing in the middle of the coreda itself and looking round, one could imagine the noise, pageantry and deaths. The museum exhibiting costumes, paintings and historical information is worth the admission price alone. Visit early in the morning to avoid not just the crowds bit also the blistering heat bouncing off the sand in the bull ring.

Great Place : This church built in the 15th century, stands on top of a previously built Mosque dating from the 12th; traces of it can still be seen inside. A hidden gem in Andalucia: This Paleolithic cave had a fantastic display of some pre-historic paintings. The place has not been modified or modernised but is still well maintained with the core authenticity of the site. That was indeed interesting and a rare to see. They have both English and Spanish tour guides available. One tip is to carry cash for the entry as they do not accept credit cards.

Exciting Experience : The beautiful little mountain village of Casares about 20 mins away from the Hacienda. Lovely beautiful hillside village that is well worth a visit. Would recommend driving up there. Inland Costa del Sol is far prettier than the coast with all the white hilltop villages eg Ronda, Gaucin. Malaga is a great city. Estepona was pretty.
