Simply Outstanding : I've not been inside the castle yet. I'll update this review when I have. The grounds are beautiful though. Well worth popping into the sculpted gardens and just wandering around taking in the castle, the bay beyond the castle and some historical facts like.

There are also prehistoric remains, burial cairns and Iron age hill forts. There is a beautiful spot known as Beddarthur where the stones are arranged in the shape of an eye.

Nice Place : The Church of St. Brynach in Nevern, is an amazing slice of Celtic Welsh History hidden within a Christian Church. The church is full of facts and tidbits about the origins of the former church, and its development into the Christian church it is today. There is a questions scavenger hunt for kids in the church with things for them to look up.

Simply Amazing : Amazing tour guides that work for the Castle. They were past history teachers who have a real thirst for bringing the castle to life and making you experience what it would have been like. You can access most parts of the castle and there is vivid historical contribution to help your learning. Also got to experience a hawking session which was brilliant.

The Tidal Mill is not to be missed either with information provided by audio narration at different points of interest. Well worth a visit with plenty of opportunities to walk dogs.

Simply Amazing : This is a lovely, simple, relatively unadorned cathedral. At the time of our visit there was a touching display of artwork linked the the end of World War One. Unfortunately, due to an event later that day parts of the building had been closed to the public.
